Multifaceted Approach to Empowering Women

One of the key focus areas of Santosh Choubey’s vision is to promote women entrepreneurship and skill development, especially for the underprivileged sections of the society. He believes that women are the backbone of the nation and their empowerment is essential for achieving inclusive and sustainable development. He has launched several programmes and projects to support women in their entrepreneurial journey and enhance their skills and employability.

  • AISECT Women Entrepreneurship Programme

    This programme aims to create a network of women entrepreneurs who can run AISECT centres in their respective areas and provide various services such as skill training, education, banking, e-governance, etc.

  • AISECT Women Skill Development Programme

    This is an annual online competition that tests the IT skills and knowledge of students from across the country.

  • AISECT Women Empowerment Project

    A project that aims to Provide farmers information on markets, prices, weather, etc. via internet kiosks.

  • AISECT Women Entrepreneurship Conference

    A Campaign that informs remote and hilly communities about government schemes and benefits through multimedia.
